Out walking with the dogs we went past these trees. It just called out 'a moment to be captured' so I did!

Highlands.

Unless you have seen the splendour that is the West Highlands of Scotland no photo or painting can ever convey the breath taking magnificence that your eyes drink in as your jaw drops from a lack of anything to say to justify what is in front of you.

Gairloch

Every day when the tide went out there seemed to be miles of sandy beach on which to run with the dog.

The Fairy Falls.

This waterfall has no name shown on the map so I have given them one. I have seen them in full flood and almost dried up. Must be fairy magic!

This is me playing with a 10 stop ND filter and a PC lens while at the same time being attacked by the Scottish Highland Kamikaze Air Force and Some idiot was taking a picture of me taking this picture. I suppose I did look a twit in my Midge Net, Who cares? The little devils did not get me that time!

Looking North from Rubha Reidh. I was trying a new 10 stop ND filter that was delivered the day before I went on holiday. Not sure if this is preferable to the mono version.

Sands Beach, Gairloch, a great place to take a walk with your dog and enjoy meeting maybe one or two people in an hour, and that is the busy time!

Midley Chapel

The last standing remains of the Midley Chapel on the Romney Marshes. I can find little reference to Midley beyond 1859. The picture of Midley Chapel was taken with an infrared filter on the camera, in B&W then processed with a smear of Sepia. (Photoshop)

St Kilda's Church at Lochbuie is a small church on the shores of Loch Buie on the Isle of Mull. This is one of several stained glass windows.

This picture is 20" x 20", it is just the way I set it up, so you can have it any size as long as it is square!
